The acidic sandy soil of Pandamatange, wedged between the mineral-rich “Black Cotton Soils”, is where the first commercial coffee crop was harvested in 2016.
The Medium Roast coffee has a well-balanced and light fruity tone, with a note of apricot.
The Medium/Dark Roast has a roasty, smoky flavour with hints of cacao nibs and golden raisin.
